Our 2017 highlighted renovation was 152 Bridgewater Circle, Fredericksburg, Virginia.

This beautiful renovated home in Falls Run is move-in ready. Everything is new to include bamboo hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, upgraded smudge-proof stainless appliances, granite countertops, brushed nickel fixtures throughout, new HVAC, new gas water heater, large new deck, new carpet, cordless blinds, finished two car garage, front porch and more.
